Ingredients
 
 

  • Chicken Mince500 grams ground chicken (minced chicken)
  • Garlic1 clove garlic - minced
  • Fine Breadcrumbs, Also Breading Or Crispies In Wooden Bowl¾ cup breadcrumbs
  •  
    â…“ cup pistachio nuts - finely chopped
  • Green Onion, Spring Onion1 tablespoon spring onions - finely chopped
  • Fresh Mint Leaves1 handful mint - chopped
  • Wooden Bowl Of Salt1 teaspoon salt
  • Ground Black Pepper Pile, Paths, Top1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Heap Of Dried Coriander Seed And Ground Coriander On White Background1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • Heap Of Green Fennel Seeds1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • Ground Cumin1 teaspoon cumin
  • Fresh Ripe Lime½ medium lime - juiced

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand.
  • Form into 8 small balls. Spear each ball onto a BBQ stick and then flatten each way, forming a sausage shape.
  • Heat the BBQ flat plate. Spray the kebabs well with oil on all sides.
  • Cook for around 10 minutes, turning every few minutes to another side.
  • Serve with extra lime.
