Comforting Ground Beef Stir-Fry
This ground beef stir-fry is a consistent winner at home. I love making this at home when I want a stir fry for weekend lunch.
Ingredients
3 cloves garlic
1 small cabbage - purple
1 bunch green onions (scallions or green shallots)
2 large carrots - grated in food processor
1 pounds ground beef (minced beef)
4 tablespoons tamari sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes (chilli flakes in British English)
1 tablespoon ginger - dried
Instructions
- Saute diced garlic. Brown the meat in the garlic.
- Toss everything else in as you like and cook as you like.
- Serve it over steamed brown rice.
