Savoury Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
1 medium white onion - roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic - unpeeled and 3 finely minced garlic cloves- 1 pound plum tomatoes - halved
1 â…“ cup Marinara sauce (tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and onions – pasta sauce in southern hemisphere for Italian seafood dish)
½ teaspoon salt - divided
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
â…“ cup Panko breadcrumbs
12 ounces ground turkey (minced turkey)
1 large egg
6 ounces spaghetti - uncooked
2 ounces Parmesan cheese - freshly grated
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high.
