Ingredients
 
 

  • Raw Meat Mince1 pound ground beef (minced beef) - lean
  • Pile Of Fusilli Pasta½ package fusilli pasta
  • Fresh Green Pepper Isolated On White Background1 medium green pepper - chopped
  • Red Onion½ medium red onion - chopped
  • Glass Bowl Of Olive Oil Isolated On White Background1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Tomatoes1 can tomatoes - diced
  • Ketchup14 ounce ketchup (tomato sauce Australia and UK)
  • Mozzarella Cheese Isolated On White Background1 cup Mozzarella cheese - for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Brown the beef.
  • Saute the vegetables in olive oil.
  • Cook the pasta to al dente.
  • Combine the meat, veggies, pasta, tomatoes & sauce in a 13×9 pan (with a lid if you plan to freeze it).
  • Put the dish in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. You can also refrigerate it for 2 to 3 days or freeze it for up to 2 months.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese (optional) and enjoy!
